Maryann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida, as well as a Master of Criminal Justice from Boston University. She brings more than 30 years of experience in behavioral health leadership, having overseen services for adults, children, older adults, and individuals within the forensic system.
Throughout her career, Maryann has provided training to both mental health professionals and law enforcement agencies across Florida. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at St. Petersburg College, sharing her expertise with the next generation of professionals.
Maryann is deeply committed to community service and leadership. She is a current member of the Rotary Club of Seven Springs and a Charter Member of the Rotary Club of West Pasco Sunset, where she has held multiple leadership roles, including Club President. Her additional community involvement includes NAMI Pasco, the Homeless Coalition of Pasco County, the American Cancer Society, YMCA, Keep Pasco Beautiful, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services of Florida, and NAIFA-Florida.
Today, Maryann specializes in personal lines insurance, focusing on helping individuals and families protect their homes, vehicles, and personal assets with the right coverage for their needs.

Stella joined Whitco Insurance North Suncoast in 2020 after Rick and Maryann rescued her from the Humane Society of Pasco County. Stella is an Australian Shepherd who was dropped off in a box with her eight puppies (who she birthed at a young age). Her and her puppies were left sick and emaciated, thankfully they were nursed back to health by Humane Society of Pasco County. Eventually she found her calling as a professional napper under Maryann's desk. She now specializes in greeting customers and stealing employee sandwiches. Stella's expert product lines are nylon bones and squeaky toys. She enjoys helping people and her favorite quote is "woof woof, bark bark." Come to the agency and she'll be happy to help!
Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of South Florida. Before specializing in Property and Casualty Insurance, he built a successful 20+ year career in employment staffing and consulting, serving as a National Business Development Manager. In that role, he provided workforce solutions for major organizations including Coca-Cola, Goodyear, and QuickBooks/TurboTax.
Rick is deeply committed to community service and has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Seven Springs since 1997. He has contributed his time and leadership to numerous organizations, including Keep Pasco Beautiful, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services of Florida (Board Member), NAIFA-Florida (member and Board Member), the American Cancer Society, YMCA, and United Way, among others. He is also a multi–Paul Harris Fellow through Rotary International, recognizing his ongoing dedication to service.
Today, Rick specializes in Commercial Insurance, where he focuses on helping businesses secure the right coverage tailored to their specific operations and risk exposures.
